Hello and welcome to the Near and Far Rangers blog. I hope that if you've got this far and clicked on the welcome article, you want to find out more about me and what I'm doing here.

I'm Adam, I'm a 26 year old Rangers fan who always has plenty to say about the team and what we are doing at the time.

I think I've always had a real urge to put my thoughts out there for other people to see, whether that be about football, films, music, or TV. I welcome the debate that comes from that, and I imagine, when it comes to Rangers, there will be plenty of debate.

Previously I was involved in a podcast about movies, video games and TV called The Big Pitcher Podcast. Sadly life got in the way and we've not made an episode for a long time, I highly recommend listening to the episode about the next big Sports film if you want to hear what is technically my first ever piece of Rangers content on the internet.

You can expect articles about Rangers games and my thoughts on the team, transfer analysis, and some more specific stories.
